Disabled access

This Health Service is located behind the Lychgate shopping arcade on Riddiford Street. Vehicular access to it is from Hall Crescent. There is off street parking in the area between the shopping arcade and the centre, with a designated Mobility Park close to the service entrance.

Access from car park to reception

• The Health Service is at the top of a steep rise with a “disabled parking/drop off” parking space beside the ramp leading into the centre
  
• The ramp has a handrail
  
• The ramp rises to a landing by the front door which has another small threshold ramp spanning the doorsill
  
• The door is metal and glass and can easily be opened by a wheel chair user
