Unregulated Healthcare Workers include Health Care Assistants (HCAs) and Theatre Support Assistants (TSAs)

NZNO Performance appraisal

A written performance appraisal is required every 3 years

• Unregulated Healthcare Worker performance appraisal document

For the two years in between, a Re-validation performance appraisal is required

Merit Step application

All Merit step applications require an Application letter to be submitted to the NAMO with the completed performance appraisal document once every 3 Years
