- Legislative and evidential requirements (HPCA Act, NCNZ, NNO, CCDHB)
- Principles of assessment
- Peer and portfolio assessment
- Feedback: written and verbal
Who should attend
- Nurses who want to be PDRP Portfolio assessors
- Nurses who do not wish to be PDRP Portfolio assessors, but want information and guidance on peer assessment and portfolio requirements
- Open to CCDHB nurses and Primary, Aged and Residential Care nurses
Pre-reading
- Prior understanding of CCDHB PDRP is essential
- Familiarise yourself with the three PDRP information booklets
