Patients can log on and access their health information and interact with their general practice through the Manage My Health Patient Portal. This makes life easier for those who have ongoing health needs and support those with long term conditions.

Manage My Health helps practices and patients to communicate quickly and directly, so our communities can use the services at their provider in a more efficient way.

Tens of thousands of people across the region have access to it through their GP provider.

Through the portal, patients can:

  • have electronic consultations
  • book appointments
  • order prescriptions
  • check on test results.

All services can be accessed from a mobile phone or computer.
