Graduate Nurse Employment

How you can support graduate nurses into the health and disability workforce.

PDRD Workshops

RN / EN PDRP Workshops

The PDRP Workshops support nurses to develop their portfolio and complete self-assessment against NCNZ competencies for each level of the PDRP.

PDRP Assessor Workshops

This workshop is for nurses and managers who complete PDRP portfolio assessments.

PDRP Assessor Update

This update will support nurses who have previously completed the Professional Development Recognition Programme (PDRP) Assessor workshop to maintain PDRP assessment skills.

Preceptor Workshops

The one day workshop meets the National Framework requirements for precepting graduate nurses and is run collaboratively with Hutt Valley District Health Board. The workshop integrates theory and practice and enables nurses to confidently fulfil their preceptor role through clinical teaching and assessment within their own area of practice.
