Honorary Eye Ear Nose and Throat Surgeon, Wellington Hospital 1914 - 1929, and returned to provide cover 1943 - 1946. Retired from all practice in 1950

During WW1, served with NZMC in Egypt and France; subsequently on staff of the 2nd NZ General Hospital, Walton on Thames.

Returned to NZ 1920
