Medical training at St Barts Hospital, London

First registered as a medical practitioner in NZ 29 Jul 1908

Initially practised in Christchurch, before moving to Wellington

Medical Superintendent, Wellington Hospital 1910 - 1914

With Dr William Herbert, co-founder of Bowen Hospital on the corner of Bowen St and The Terrace.

Private Surgical practice 1914 - 1917, and again post-war.

Surgical Specialist with the NZMC on hospital ship Maheno 1917 -1918
