This Thursday 24 August we are taking time to celebrate all the work our orderlies do.

Our orderlies are the backbone of our hospitals. They carry out a wide range of tasks contributing to the smooth running of our services, on top of carefully transporting patients throughout our hospitals. Daily they are out and about ready with a smile.

We caught up with some of our amazing orderlies at Wellington Regional Hospital, Kenepuru Hospital and Hutt Hospital this week to hear more about what they do, and to get to know them a little better.

Check out this video of the Hutt Hospital team

Read our quick Q&As with Alisha and Daniel from the Wellington Regional Hospital and Kenepuru Hospital team.
