Senior expanded scope portfolio requirements

  1. Portfolio assessment tool senior expanded scope pathway (completed by your ADON)
  2. Application letter

  4. Current role description (all RDs if you are applying to the PDRP for more than one role)
  5. Senior nurse expanded scope NCNZ competency assessment
  6. Additional evidence of influencing the quality of nursing practice, service delivery and patient outcomes in the directorate or organisation.

CCDHB completed portfolios for application to Expert level must be received by the Nurse Coordinator - Professional Development by the 1st of the month to be assessed by the panel that month.
