This workshop will support Enrolled Nurses to meet the requirements at any level on the Professional Development Recognition Programme (PDRP).
Audience
This course is available to Enrolled Nurses who are working towards completing a PDRP portfolio at any level.
Learning objectives
Through completing this course participants will be able to
- Demonstrate knowledge of the requirements of self and peer assessment
- Demonstrate understanding of the requirements of EN PDRP portfolio at any level
- Submit a completed portfolio within 6 months of attending the workshop
