Effective communication is as important for us as individuals, health professionals and team members as it is for the people in our care. This seminar supports building confidence and resilience in the workplace, with a focus on developing self-awareness, self-care and skills to manage criticism, difficult situations and workplace bullying.

Anne Evans-Murray runs an enjoyable seminar that promotes respectful communication and offers practical strategies for dealing with challenging behaviour in the workplace. The seminar is conducted in a non-threatening environment with no role-play or need for self-disclosure required of participants. Anne will demonstrate techniques and give tips to develop powerful body language and verbal skills. Morning tea is provided on the day.

Participation on a Professional Development Recognition Programme (PDRP) or QLP for midwives is required to attend these seminars.
