Compass Childbirth Classes are free, fully funded classes.
They are facilitated by two Midwives.
- Denise Garcia LMC Community Midwife / Childbirth Educator
- Kate Allan - non-practicing midwife and mum of 2-year-old and 9-year-old.
They provide lots of current information and tips and teach 'need to know' labour, birth, baby, feeding baby, and postnatal information.
The aim is to give you current information to help you to make informed choices and decisions that are right for you.
They offer in-person classes in Porirua, Churton Park and Newtown, and ZOOM.
