Sister Medical, Surgical and Children’s Wards, Christchurch Hospital.

Tutor Sister Preliminary School, Christchurch.

Overseas experience 1931-32. Sister Papworth Tuberculosis Colony for three months.           Undertook a course on dietetics at College of Nursing London.

On return to NZ did maternity training at Alexandra Hospital, gaining her certificate in 1936
