The surgery is located in the shopping complex. It is not clearly sign posted and as it is not visible from the main car-park can be difficult to locate.

Access from the car-park to Reception

Wheelchair users and patients with restricted mobility have two choices in parking.

The easiest access is obtained by parking in the designated car-park for Mobility Parking Permit holders outside the supermarket. There is a suitable curb cut from this car-park to the foot path. The access is then flat, with electronic doors, into the lobby of the shopping centre. By proceeding straight across this lobby the patient can enter the surgery through an easily opened glass door that has no door sill.

The less accessible route appears to be the official route as information on this route was provided by the surgery. The more accessible route was noted on a site visit.
