GP Access - Wellington City - East - Roseneath Medical Centre

Location: 23 Maida Vale Rd

This surgery is located within a small older style apartment block set back from the road with car-parking in the front. The road in the area is narrow, and windy. Street parking in the vicinity of the medical centre is difficult with a lot of residents only parking and customer parking for the small block of shops located next to this apartment block.

The surgery does provide an off street park however on a first visit it is difficult to know where the medical centre is located and how to locate the car-park which is slightly below road level. The car-park itself is in need of resealing and in its current state would prove difficult for less mobile patients to traverse.

The stairs lead to the exterior wooden door of the apartment building which has an 8 cm doorsill
No signage as to where the surgery is located
