GP Access - Kapiti - Paraparaumu Medical Centre

Location: 92 Kapiti Rd. Paraparaumu

The surgery is located about half way down Kapiti Road. It has a large off street car-park that has two parks designated for Mobility Parking Permit holders; each is located in close proximity to each of the entrances for this centre.

Access from the car-park to reception

The rear entrance opens directly onto the rear car-park.
It has a ramp with a handrail leading from the Mobility Park which is located beside the ramp.
The door at the top of this ramp is a glass/wood door that has a door sill of approximately 4cm.
The front entrance also has a Mobility Park located close to hand.
The entrance to the centre from this car-park is flat through to a glass/metal framed door with no doorsill.
Although not electronic this door should be easily managed by a wheelchair user.
