The surgery is located behind the main shopping precinct in Khandallah. Although it has no car-parks designated for Mobility Parking Permit holders it does have off street parking available.

From the car-park to the surgery there are both steps and a ramp
Both have a handrail to assist users
Access from the landing at the top of this ramp into the surgery itself is level
The doors are not electronic and given their weight and the position of the door handle could not be easily opened by a wheelchair user
