South East and City PHO

The purpose of SECPHO is to provide quality, coordinated, integrated and appropriate services in a culturally safe environment to people with high health needs and limited financial resources. Our service is timely, effective, of “best practice” standards and based on a community development model.

SECPHO comprises of 31 Member Organisations which include 5 Primary Care Practices, 3 Mana Whenua, 1 Community Pharmacist and 22 Health Related Service Providers.
