Finding your way around
You will find maps and signs throughout the hospital and download a copy from the maps section of this site. Each building marked on the map is a different colour. The entrance to each building is marked with strips of the same colour to help you make sure you’re in the right place. If you’re unsure of where to go, please ask a staff member. All staff members wear identity cards and are happy to help you.
Wards
The following is a list of wards:
Visiting times
These have been arranged to be as convenient as possible. They may vary from ward to ward so it is advisable to check with the ward. A list of visiting hours is published in the daily newspapers and on our Visiting Hours page.
Car parking
There are well-lit parking areas with mechanical barrier arms at the Riddiford Street entrance to Wellington Hospital. Parking charges are posted at the entrance and can be paid on exit from the car park. Cars may be towed away if they are parked in a no parking zone (yellow lines).
