The Quitline is a national telephone helpline that provides advice to callers who wish to quit smoking. In addition to support and advice, Quitline advisor offer subsidised
nicotine replacement therapy (Cost of $5 for one month supply).
Aukati KaiPaipa is a free face-face service which provides quit smoking advice, behavioural support and free nicotine replacement therapy.
The Pacific Smoking Cessation Service provides a free face-face service for Pacific which includes free nicotine replacement therapy.
All GPs can give out subsidy cards for nicotine replacement therapy (patches, gum and lozenges) or refer you to one of the above services.
