Born Hedenham, Norfolk 12/7/1865    Died Wellington 2/6/1933

Educated in Edinburgh and Manchester

LRCS LRCP (Edin) 1887, LFPS (Glas) 1887, LM (Glas) 1887, FRCS (Edin) 1894

Initially practiced at Stroud Villa, West Mercia, Colchester
Also spent a little time as a Naval Surgeon
Came to NZ in 1895, settling in Wellington.
Took over the practice of Dr Gore Gillon.
Lived at and practised from 186 Willis St.  Owned 213 acres of land including a dairy farm in Wainuiomata, which the family used as a weekend retreat.
