Inside the Childrens' Hospital
Such was the success of public fundraising for the Childrens Hospital, there was a surplus of money. Ł817 (equivalent to $107,000 in 2002) was therefore spent on installing a wonderful series of Royal Doulton tile panels inside the childrens wards, two of which are seen in this photo.
