First registered as a medical practitioner in NZ 28/8/1886

Initially practised in Patea for 9 years.  Public Vaccinator for Waverley and for Patea 1887
Surgeon, Patea Hospital 1887 - 1895
Then visited England before returning to NZ, setting up practice in Newtown in 1896.

Honorary Physician, Wellington Hospital ~ 1900 - 1904
