C&C DHB’s Pacific Health Unit at the Planning and Funding Directorate comprises:

- Matagi Sione: Registered Nurse - Co-ordinator - Pacific Health Unit
- Fana To'omaga: Breastfeeding Advocate - Pacific Health Unit
- Ligi Igasia: Breastfeeding Advocate - Pacific Health Unit
- Theresa Peteli: Community/Social Worker - Pacific Health Unit
- Teuila Solofuti: Administrator - Pacific Health Unit
There are also Pacific representatives on C&C DHB’s statutory advisory committees.
The team works with a number of services, both in the community and in C&C DHB's Hospitals, including:
- Pacific Support Service: A support service for patients at C&C DHB’s facilities.
- Pacific Health Providers: There are a number of independent Pacific health service providers at present in the C&C DHB District. The Pacific Team liaises with all Pacific health service providers.
