There were a lot of excited faces - among patients, families and staff - when eight members of the All Blacks stopped in to the Children's Hospital at Wellington Hospital recently. The eight rugby stars - Andrew Ellis, Adam Thomson, Anthony Boric, Brad Thorn, Conrad Smith, John Afoa, Stephen Donald & Kevin O'Neill - came to visit some of their youngest but most loyal fans on the day before the all Blacks' first test victory against the Springboks in Wellington.
The DHB wishes to thank the Wellington Hospitals & Health Foundation and Dean Gifford for organising the visit, and to thank the All Blacks and the NZ Rugby Football Union for their support of Wellington Children's Hospital.
