This page explains how to make Internet Explorer for OS 8 and 9 use colour and font styles you have created in your own style sheet.
Instructions
Please note: This page assumes you have already created your own style sheet.
- Click on the 'Edit' Menu and select 'Preferences' or press
'Apple' + ';'.
- If you cannot see a list of bulleted options under 'Web Browser' click the arrow next to 'Web Browser' to expand the options list as shown in Fig 1(No keyboard shortcut).

- Click on the 'Web Content' section or press the down arrow until it is highlighted (see Fig 1 above).
- Click the checkbox next to 'Use my style sheet' this will bring up a standard file dialogue box as shown in Fig 2.(No keyboard shortcut).

- Next navigate to the folder where you have your style sheet file and select it.
- Click on 'Open' or press 'Enter' to return to 'Preferences'.
- Click 'OK' or press 'Enter' to return to Internet Explorer.
Note: If this does not work it could be because your computer settings cannot be changed due to local IT policies - contact your local IT support for further help.
